Who are
Rover Scouts?
Rover Scouts are the most senior Section of the Scouting program and are for young people ages 15-25. Although many Rover Scouts have progressed through all or most of the younger Scouting Sections, a Rover Scout is for any young person interested in self-discovery through adventure.
The Rover Scout programme caters to the holistic development of students
by providing mental, moral and physical training so as to build discipline and
character while instilling in them the ideal of service to community and
country.
For Rover
Scouts, personal development is a key part of the adventures they undertake.
Rover Scouts may volunteer regularly at a food bank, assist with organizing and
running their group's All-Section camp, or they might organize a rappelling
adventure or a multi-day portage paddling excursion.
